Terms and Conditions for 92stark — Pakistan's Online Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 92stark platform, website, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 92stark, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the 92stark platform.

92stark operates as an online betting and gaming service. These Terms apply to all products offered on the 92stark platform including sports betting, esports betting, Ludo tournaments, Baccarat, and any promotional programmes such as the Refer-a-Friend scheme. These Terms should be read alongside the 92stark Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 92stark.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute concerning their interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail. 92stark reserves the right to communicate with players in Urdu where customer support warrants it, but the English text of these Terms is the authoritative version for all legal purposes.

To use 92stark's betting and gaming services, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals. When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current — if your contact details change, update your account profile promptly.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Holding multiple accounts on 92stark is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You may not open an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not share your 92stark login credentials with any other individual. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.
• 92stark reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any point. If requested, you must provide acceptable documentation within the timeframe specified.
• Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended immediately and any winnings void.

92stark does not charge a registration fee. Creating an account does not obligate you to make a deposit or place any bets. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at support@92stark.net.

92stark is strictly an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the 92stark platform. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 92stark reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. If you cannot produce satisfactory proof of age, your account will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be withheld.

All financial transactions on 92stark are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to any deposit or withdrawal — what you put in and take out is always in PKR, with no exchange rate applied.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal timeframes: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers take two to four business hours. Card withdrawals follow the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal fees: 92stark does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own standard fees — this is outside 92stark's control.
• Withdrawal verification: For withdrawals above Rs 50,000, 92stark may request additional verification documents before processing. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Source of funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your 92stark account are from legitimate sources. 92stark does not accept funds that are proceeds of any unlawful activity.

92stark reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, rule violation, or security concerns. In such cases, the affected player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification before a final decision is made.

92stark offers a range of promotions including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, the accumulator boost, Baccarat cashback, and the Refer-a-Friend programme. The specific terms of each individual promotion are published on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all 92stark bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have opted in, either at the time of deposit or through the promotions dashboard.
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address per qualifying period unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real cash balances are always wagered first; bonus funds are used once the real cash balance reaches zero.
• The 92stark welcome bonus carries a 10× wagering requirement. Other bonuses have their individual wagering requirements stated on the Promotions page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Unmet bonus balances are forfeited after this period.
• The accumulator boost applies to pre-match football bets with five or more legs at minimum odds of 1.20 per selection. It is not applicable to live in-play bets or non-football markets unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Refer-a-Friend bonuses are paid once the referred player has completed registration, made a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500, and placed at least one real-money bet. Self-referrals and referrals using automated systems are prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

92stark reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players. If a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, the terms at the time of opt-in shall apply where possible, subject to system limitations.

All bets placed on 92stark are subject to the rules of the relevant sport or competition as determined by the official governing body. 92stark settles bets based on the official result confirmed by that governing body, which in some cases may differ from the result shown at the time of the event's conclusion if the result is later amended, investigated, or overturned.

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed when 92stark's system generates a bet slip reference number. Verbal agreements or implied wagers are not accepted.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except through the cash-out function where available.
• Minimum stake per bet: Rs 100. Maximum stake per market is set dynamically and displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed prices — 92stark reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not replayed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned in full.
• Accumulator bets: if one leg is void, that selection is removed and the accumulator recalculated with the remaining legs. If the accumulator falls below the qualifying threshold for a boost, the boost is also removed.
• 92stark reserves the right to impose bet limits on specific markets, specific events, or specific accounts where risk management requires it.

92stark offers live in-play betting on selected sports and esports events. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, there are specific rules that apply in addition to the general betting rules above.

• In-play bets are accepted subject to odds availability at the time of submission. There may be a brief delay between when you click to place a bet and when it is accepted during which the odds may change.
• If odds change between submission and acceptance, 92stark will display the new odds and ask for your confirmation before confirming the bet. You may accept the new odds or cancel without penalty.
• 92stark cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Markets may be suspended during critical moments of an event — goal kicks, video reviews, medical stoppages — and resume when normal play continues.
• Any in-play bet placed after the event that determines its outcome has already occurred but before the system has registered that outcome will be voided and the stake returned. This applies to late goal bets, last-minute bookings, and similar situations.

92stark takes match integrity seriously. In-play markets are monitored continuously for unusual betting patterns. Bets placed as part of any arrangement to exploit match-fixing or pre-agreed results will be voided and the relevant account immediately suspended and reported.

92stark's Ludo and Baccarat products operate under their own specific game rules, which are displayed within each game lobby. The following general conditions apply:

• Ludo cash rooms and tournaments are subject to entry fees displayed at the time of joining. Entry fees are deducted from your real cash balance and are non-refundable once a game has begun.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a Ludo game, 92stark's server records are the definitive record of game state. Where a disconnection prevents fair completion of a game, 92stark may void the game and return all entry fees.
• Baccarat games use a certified random number generation system. All outcomes are independently verifiable and no human intervention occurs in game outcomes.
• Baccarat cashback is calculated on net losses only — winnings are not included in the cashback calculation base. The cashback percentage and calculation period are stated on the Promotions page.
• Attempting to use external software, bots, or automated systems to play Ludo or Baccarat is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

The following behaviours are expressly prohibited on the 92stark platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account in another person's name.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Placing bets in coordination with any other party to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse where it violates platform integrity).
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or system failures in the 92stark platform for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with 92stark's betting or gaming systems.
• Engaging in any behaviour designed to manipulate odds, exploit bonus structures in bad faith, or abuse the Refer-a-Friend programme through self-referral or coordinated referral rings.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of 92stark customer support staff.

92stark reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the account holder's own request.

• If your account is closed at your own request, any real cash balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out following standard verification procedures.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 92stark reserves the right to withhold any balance that was derived from the violating activity. Real cash deposits not connected to any breach will be returned where reasonably possible.
• Players who self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme will have their accounts locked for the chosen exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends will be refused.
• Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any deduction is made.

92stark is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting and gaming should be enjoyable forms of entertainment — not a way to earn income, solve financial problems, or escape from stress. We encourage all 92stark players to treat betting as leisure spending that you can afford to lose.

The following tools are available to all 92stark players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert after a chosen time in session — 30 minutes, one hour, or two hours.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from 92stark for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
• Reality checks: On-screen notifications during gambling sessions showing time spent and net result in the current session.

92stark provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uninterrupted service and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or entirely secure against third-party interference.

• 92stark is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• 92stark is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet connectivity failures on the player's end, device malfunctions, or interruptions caused by third-party networks.
• In the event of a system error that affects bet placement or settlement, 92stark's liability is limited to the return of the original stake.
• 92stark cannot be held responsible for bets placed based on inaccurate information provided by data feed providers or broadcast sources. Settlement is always based on official results.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 92stark's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

92stark collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 92stark Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL and stored on secure servers. 92stark does not store complete payment card details.
• 92stark does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share data with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and identity verification providers strictly as necessary to deliver our services.
• You have the right to request access to the data 92stark holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

92stark reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the 92stark platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the 92stark platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal rules.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
